A wonderful custom pillow to preserve the memory of a loved one. Memory Pillows are a special way to remember a loved one that has passed away, is away in the military or a special time/event in your life.
This listing is for one pillow cover only. Customer will purchase the insert locally to save on shipping costs. The cover is made from a button-down shirt or T-shirt that you will provide. The size of the pillow will be based on the size of the shirt and the locations of specifics (pockets, patches, etc.). I will communicate with you about the exact size of your pillow once I have received the shirt. Most pillows will be 16"x16" or 18"x18".
Please contact me prior to purchase to discuss how many pillow covers you need and to get an idea of approximate timing. Once payment is completed, I will send you my address so you can send me your shirt(s). Please let me know if you want to keep the remaining scraps of shirt. I can also incorporate the scraps into other pillows or ornaments-- see separate listings:

Your pillow will be entirely unique.
Please choose the correct option when ordering -- covers made from T-shirts involve more work and, possibly, the use of a coordinating fabric for the backside since some T-shirts may not be large enough to adequately create the back of the cover. Covers made from T-shirts or polo shirts will have zipper closure.
Note: I do not currently offer any embroidery/pocket statements ['this is a shirt I used to wear...'] - (1) I do not have a special machine to do the embroidery and (2) I truly feel that the shirt itself makes a very nice, sentimental statement.
Shipping time is from the time I receive the article of clothing and may vary slightly if ordering more than one cover.
