• Each order is handled with care. We are a small, home studio and processing time
varies by listing for non-bulk orders. Bulk orders have a longer processing time. We
do not count weekends or major holidays in our processing time.
• Personalized and monogrammed items cannot be canceled, returned and are not
refundable. Please be very careful when filling out your personalization.
• Colors on your screen may vary slightly from actual thread colors.

Ordering Instructions:
If applicable, indicate any personalization, checking it twice for accuracy. Personalized items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned. Add the item to your cart and begin checkout. If you are using a third-party payer such as After-Pay or similar, please note that your order will not be processed until Etsy has approved the funds. This is out of my control. Your order will begin to be processed as soon as your payment method has been approved.
Once an order is completed and packed for shipping you will receive a tracking number so you can track your order from my studio to your home. Please order in enough time to work within our time frames and to account for shipping delays.
