This item is made to order and customized specially for you. You will need to mail us your fresh, pre-dried or artificial flowers. After you have processed your deposit, your order will be marked shipped. The shipping timeline will range from 5-6 months after you ship us your flowers.
COST/PAYMENT
This listing is for the deposit only. The price varies depending on the size you purchase, see chart below. After we receive your flowers, we will collect 50 % of the remaining balance. Upon completion, we will collect the final payment and ship it to you at no additional cost.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
You are responsible in paying for shipping the flowers to us. You can locate the packing and shipping guide at www.honeysuckleflower.com. Once we receive your flowers, the deposit will be non-refundable.
We will work closely with you to obtain your approval for a proposed design before starting the resin pouring process. Once the resin pouring process has begun, we can’t make any changes.
If you have a special item(s) you would like to include in your order, just let us know in the custom details. (examples: vinyl personalized message, ribbon, trinkets, photos, letter, poem, song lyrics)
SHIPPING
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND fresh flowers be shipped as soon as possible from the date of the event (overnight to 2 day shipment) and encourage you to follow the shipping instructions to the best of your ability to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible. We are unable to work with molded or frozen flowers. If your flowers arrive in poor condition, we will work closely with you to determine the best course of action that fits your needs.
IMPERFECTIONS DISCLAIMER
We understand how special your flowers are and promise to handle them with the utmost care. However, due to the handmade nature of our work and the varying quality of flowers received, some imperfections may occur. Please note the following:
Color Changes: Colors may shift during the drying, pouring, and curing process—this is a natural part of preservation and out of our control. For example, white flowers may turn off-white, and red roses often take on a dark maroon hue. Some flowers may even appear slightly translucent.
Individual Reactions: Every flower reacts differently to preservation, and even flowers of the same type may respond uniquely.
Surface & Edge Variations: While we use a high-quality, self-leveling resin, you may notice minor surface inconsistencies such as slight ripples, uneven edges, or texture variations. These are part of the handmade process and can sometimes be unavoidable.
Bubbles & Flaws: We take every precaution to minimize bubbles and flaws, but due to the nature of resin work, we cannot guarantee a completely flawless finish.
Each piece is truly one-of-a-kind, and these natural variations contribute to the uniqueness of your keepsake.
