The top 3 layers are cut black flannel, the next layer is solid black flannel, the core is 2 layers of zorb, the backer is PUL. Plastic snaps on the wings keep the pad in place.
The bats are 8, 10, 12, 14 or 16” long
I make the pads with PUL backer and zorb cores. You can put a note on your order if you do not prefer zorb or PUL. Your other core options are bamboo fleece or flannel. The alternate backer options are soft shell fleece or anti pill fleece.
Turn around times are about 2 weeks. I make each pad by hand to your specific requirements. It takes time and care but I think you will love your pad. As soon as it is complete I will ship it to with a PUL pouch to store them. Thank you so much! Let me know if you have ANY questions.
