2. What are the dimensions of the cake toppers? Our toppers are approximately 6 inches (15.25cm) at their widest point, which can be either the height or width, depending on the design. If you need a different size, please get in touch with us before making your purchase to confirm if it can be accommodated.
3. What is the turnaround time for orders? Once you place your order, it will be considered final. To ensure prompt processing, please provide your personalisation details at the time of purchase. Orders are custom-made and will take 1 BUSINESS day (the following business day) for dispatch, starting from when we receive the personalisation information.
4. What are the delivery options available? We ship all items via regular Australia Post. If you require tracking for your order, we recommend selecting express shipping during checkout. Estimated delivery times for regular post are 3 - 13 business days (untracked), while express post offers faster delivery within 1 to 3 business days (tracked).
