Our Journey:
When we started, we tested various grinders from different suppliers and finally settled on the Extra Large 2.5-inch diameter that our customers have come to love. We began with Gunmetal Grey and gradually expanded our range to include Rainbow and now Pearl White!
Our Process:
🎨 Designing: We take your custom image (or text, or whatever you wants us to create just for you!), and we begin by meticulously designing the image in Photoshop to ensure it is crisp and clear. We then send it to you for final approval, showing how your image will look on a circular image
🖨️ Printing: Sandra, our superstar employee since 2016, uses our Epson P600 professional printer to print designs on high-gloss stickers at 300dpi resolution.
✍️ Application: After applying the stickers to the grinders, we cover each design with a clear coat of resin. This creates a domed effect on top of the grinder, protecting the design and giving it a professional look.
🧐 Inspection: Each grinder undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our high standards before being packed and shipped from our door to yours. Rest assured, everything arrives in discreet packaging. We use our own custom bags that say "Expression tees", or sometimes a bag that is more fun with playful designs all over. Not even the mailman will know you're about to open your new favorite herb grinder.
