Processing Time
We try our best to ensure that our customers don't have to wonder if they will receive there items in time or not. We do this by offering a processing time of 1-2 days on all standard Cake topper orders and 2-4 days on custom orders.
The shipping time:
USA - 14-18 days ,
Europe 10-20 days,
Italy and Russia – 20-35 days
Canada – 15-25 days
Australia - 15-25 days
The other part of the world - 14-35 days.
Please understand that the shipping time is only an estimation, an actual delivery time may vary depending on the weather condition, holidays, and other unknown reasons.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- We accept PayPal
- We also accept payment by debit and credit cards through the PayPal gateway. Instructions on how to pay with a card are shown in the last photo in the item.
Сancellation
If you want cancel the order (the case when your order is not completed, not cut out), the amount is returned, but without PayPal commission (this is about 0.8-1.5 dollars)
If you want cancel the order BUT your order is completed, cut out, but not sent - 50% of the amount is returned
If your order is sent, no refund is possible.
Please note that shades of wood can slightly change the tone. It depends on the calibration of your monitor, the device from which you are viewing this product.
