We included some photos of Brigitte Bardot posing with the same water bottles in magazine ads.
This was originally sold as a hot water bottle. We were confused too. Her hat unscrews to fill the bottle with hot water. The piece is made of hard plastic and still holds water. However, because of her age we don't suggest holding the full bottle upside down as she is not airtight.
She is more suited for display laying across a shelf, bar or piano. Or stand upright propped against a wall.
She is in overall good vintage condition- no breaks or cracks. Her swimsuit is faded in some spots and she has spots throughout from age. She still looks beautiful to us and is a great piece to display that tells a story about a moment in time if Brigitte Bardot's life.
