What is a DTF Transfer?
Direct to Film (DTF) transfers offer a durable and high-quality printing solution for apparel. Unlike traditional silkscreen prints, which can crack or split over time, DTF transfers create long-lasting designs. This process uses advanced technology to print full-color designs onto a specialized film with eco-friendly, water-based ink. A powdered adhesive is applied to the back of the print, heat-cured, and ready for immediate application or storage for later use.
Transfer Size Options
• Pocket: 3”–3.5”
• Infant: 4”–4.5”
• Toddler: 5.5”–6.5”
• Youth: 7.5”–8.5”
• Adult: 10”–11”

How to Order DTF Transfers
1. Select the appropriate transfer size for your garment.
2. Choose the desired quantity of transfers.
3. Add each size and quantity to your cart individually.
4. Complete your payment.
5. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How to Apply DTF Transfers
Heat Settings: 325°F–330°F, heavy pressure
1. Place the transfer on the garment and press for 15–20 seconds.
2. Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling.
3. Perform a second press: cover the design with a Teflon or parchment sheet and press again for 5–8 seconds.
Recommended Pressure: 65–70 PSI
