These faux septum rings are formed by hand and gently hammered to increase strength. A dainty stainless chain is wrapped along the bottom with thin sterling wire. Fake piercings, or cuffs, are perfect if you're unsure about getting a real septum piercing or if you just like to switch things up! The ends are looped to make them comfortable to wear for longer periods of time and can be adjusted for a tighter fit if needed.

If you're looking for a super dainty, peekaboo style fake septum ring I recommend a 7mm, if you'd rather have more of the ring show I recommend choosing 8 or 9mm. If you have large features and/or want a real statement, go with a 10mm :)
