Normal signs of age and pre-owned usage with a few visible flaws. There are no chips or cracks, but is definitely vintage and has evidence of pre-loved usage. It is solid and heavy, with a few light scratches that blend in fine with the very thick graining. The ears, tail, and feet are all intact, but there are a few deeper scrapes on his front right leg, back of statue ( so not noticeable on display). This would not bother me at all if I were keeping it, but please do not select this item if signs of age and use might cause you to leave a lower review! He is large- a great scale- and is just gorgeous with lots of MCM wooden appeal. The grain of this wood (sorry, not sure which kind) is just fabulous! It is a dark, rich chocolate brown with natural wood variations. 13.5"high x 5" wide x 3" deep. It is not marked, but Google identifies it as 1960s Witco. Please see photos.
