Introducing our ScanGauge III mount for 3rd Gen 4Runners (96-02) and 1st Gen Tacomas (94-04)! No need to use silicone or foam tape to secure this mount. Just simply remove the old ash-tray, insert your ScanGauge III into the mount, and insert into the existing ash-tray channel!
NOTE: ScanGauge III is NOT included.
Materials: PETG - UV and heat resistant for those hot summer days.
Installation:
- ***Engage your parking brake completely! Keep your foot on the brake***
- Put your vehicle in ACC (accessory mode) after engaging your parking brake
- Shift to "D" or lower (if automatic)
- Remove the stock ash-tray by pulling it out, then pressin down on the metal lip
- Insert your ScanGauge III into the RLD ScanGauge III Ashtray Mount, then connect the Ethernet cable.
- Insert the RLD ScanGauge III mount into the lower ashtray slot.
