Please include your wedding date. 2) Once your date is confirmed, purchase the $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Be sure to include your full name, email, and the items you're interested in ordering in the personalization box. This deposit goes toward your final total. 3) Within 24 hours, we’ll email you detailed shipping and packing instructions. 4) After your event, overnight or 2-day ship your bouquet to us via UPS or FedEx (shipping ranges from $50–$200—use zip code 60659 for estimates). Please allow roughly 6 months for completion, depending on the size and complexity of your order and timely payment. A few things to keep in mind: - Resin naturally ambers over time and may contain small air bubbles. - Flower colors may shift during drying. For example, reds may deepen, pinks may turn purplish, and whites may become beige. - Avoid displaying resin pieces in direct sunlight or heat to prevent discoloration or warping. - Once drying begins, all sales are final—no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
