We will do my best to make the products like the image, but they are all handmade and We cannot guarantee they will be exactly the same. - The standard size of Spacebar is 6.25U (the upper part’s length is about 11.4cm and that of the lower part is 11.8cm). Some keyboard will have other standard spacebar’s sizes such as 6U, 6.5U, 7U. For further information, please message us your details of the keyboard name. We are going to check and respond as soon as possible.
- Cherry Profile: Row 3 for W key, Row 2 for ASD keys, Row 1 for arrow keys. Row 3 slightly taller than Row 1, Row 1 slightly taller than Row 2. Row 1 for Shift key slightly taller than row 2 for Enter key (Please note to the Personalized message box or message us when you order shift/enter keycap)

All of our items are made to order and the production times (the time it takes us to make the item) can be found on each product page. A majority of our items are made within 3-10 business days, but double check the product page for accurate and up to date production times.
We do our best to ensure that each item is high-quality and a product that we can stand behind, but we understand that sometimes it doesn't work out. If your product arrives defective, we sent you the wrong item - no problem! Let us know within 30 days of the delivery date and we will gladly provide a full store credit or refund.
