This seat is made to go inside the toilet seat. The purpose of this seat is to put your yoni herbs inside with hot water to create steam. This seat is very convenient, portable and easy for any one to use
DO NOT use the yoni steams if you are:
On your period
Pregnant or think you are pregnant
Have open sores, wounds, or blisters
Vagina Infection
If you have any genital piercings please take them out before you steam
DIRECTIONS:
Using your Goddess Seat place the seat inside the toilet seat
Add about 5 cups of water to a medium pot and add 1/3 cup of your yoni herbs.
Bring water to a soft boil
Turn off the heat and let the herbs steep in the pot for 10-15 minutes with the lid on
Once finished take your medium pot and pour the contents into your Goddess Seat that you placed inside the toilet seat
Check the steam with your hand to see if it's too hot.
Once the steam is the right temp for you take off your underwear and drape your lower half of your body with a large towel or blanket. This is help keep the steam inside so make sure whatever you use to drape over yourself goes down to the floor.
If you feel the steam cooling down too much bring your contents back to the stove and bring it back to a soft boil.
