We do not recommend printing from a cutting software like Design Space or Silhouette. This is NOT a cut file and is not compatible with these types of software as it is a sublimation file. If you do not have a sublimation print manager to print from, recommended free software like Paint, Canva, Inkscape, Photopea work fine. There are no refunds given for use with cutting software and we cannot offer guidance on printing from them.
