It is made with a lush heavy black satin and white tulle.
The hat has handmade tulle pom poms It stands 14" inches high and slides onto a headband so you can wear it in any position. The collar is a three piece set- so you can wear it any way you'd like. They tie right on with gorgeous ribbon.
The cuffs are elasticized and pul right on and have little pom pom details.
This set can be made with black, white, or peach pink vintage look satin.
