Process:
When you have purchased your item, you will need to leave a message in ‘add to personalisation’ this is before you add to cart. You will need to let us know what you would like written word to word (as we copy and paste), the colour (if applicable) and the font number which you can find in the listing (if applicable). This will help us do a demo design for you which is the next step.
If you have purchased something with many individual items, example names or pens this may not fit in the ‘add to personalisation’ box – please send us a message with the wording you need.

we do not send demos for this item. but can on request only.
Receiving your item:
This is very important – all items are fragile; Acrylic pieces will come with a brown paper or a plastic sheet to protect from scratches during transit, this will need to be peeled off carefully by yourself before the event. Once paper or plastic sheet is removed the damage insurance is voided.
Postage and Packaging:
Your item will be sent via Australia Post with tracking which will be uploaded to your purchase for updates.
Damages:
If for whatever reason you receive your item damaged, please inform us by etsy messages straight away with a picture of the item
