Installation Advice 📐
🔔 To ensure your sheet vinyl flooring is fitted to a high standard, it is recommended to have a professional floor layer install the sheet vinyl.
🔔 The sub-floor must be smooth, solid, clean and free of any defects.
🔔 The most common substrates are plywood, hardboard or a self-levelled/screed floor. As this is a textile backed vinyl, it can be installed over an existing solid, flat and clean floor such as hardwood, tile or laminate.
🔔 This sheet lino flooring can easily be cut using a Stanley or Utility Knife.
🔔 Areas below 10m2 can be loose laid, however we do recommend adding double sided tape or vinyl spray adhesive around the edges and corners. For areas over 10m2, it is advised to fully adhere the vinyl to the sub-floor using an acrylic floor adhesive or a high temperature adhesive in areas with underfloor heating.
🔔 We recommend adding felt pads to the legs of all furniture to prevent any damage to the floor.
