Shipping:
Orders are sent from our studio in London, UK. Tracking is not available for standard delivery. Please purchase upgraded delivery option, if you want a tracking number.
Returns:
All personalized sales are final and we don't accept returns. This is a customized and personalized product and can not be resold. If we made a mistake we will send a replacement.
We try our best to process your order as soon as we can but as the customization is done by hand, we need some time to ensure your item is perfect!
