Design Features:
Hanging Assist Brackets: Spot welded on the back of the top tip for easy hanging on sizes 10, 16, 24, 32, 40, and 53 inch. Sizes 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 inch are available upon request without hanging brackets.
DO NOT RELY ON ASSIST HANGING BRACKETS ONLY TO HOLD THE STAR IN PLACE.
Holes for Securing: Drilled in every tip of the 72, 96, and 120 inch stars to secure safely onto a surface due to their weight.
Craftsmanship:
Construction: Made from 4' x 10' sheets of 22-gauge galvanized steel that resists rust. Each sheet is cut into shape, bent into angles, and crafted into a 3-dimensional star.
Painting Process: After handwashing and drying, an industrial primer is applied, followed by at least two coats of severe weather exterior paint. Solid coverage stars are spray-painted, while rustic coverage stars are hand-brushed for an aged look.
Assembly Instructions:
Easy Assembly: Simply lay the wings on top of each other, insert the provided screws into the holes, and attach the nuts on the back for sizes 32 inch and up.
Usage:
Indoor and Outdoor: Designed for outdoor use without rust running down your building, and perfect for indoor displays as well.
Customization: We can drill holes in the tips for additional mounting security. Wood screws are not supplied.
