Why Shipping Takes Time (And Why That’s a Good Thing):
Every order goes through a thoughtful prep process:

✓ Making a clean, fresh cut
✓ Allowing time for proper callusing (to prevent rot)
✓ Double-checking health before packing
⏳ Because of this, cuttings usually ship 1.5 to 2 weeks after purchase. This isn’t a delay—it’s the timeline required for a high-quality cutting that’s truly ready to thrive.
Important Notes:
• Growing from an unrooted node takes some practice—it’s part of the journey
• Browning on roots is typically normal and not normally a sign of rot
• If it smells like rotting fish or feels mushy—that’s a red flag. Contact me right away
• If you have any concerns about your plant upon arrival, please send a message within 2 hours of the delivery update, along with photos of the full plant or a video.
Please note: Damage caused by plants being left outside in extreme heat, cold, or during inclement weather is not covered, as we can’t control those conditions. Be mindful of your tracking updates and try to bring your plant in as soon as possible after delivery.
