If you have any questions about our houseplants or other listings, please reach out to us. We take great pride in our packaging to ensure safe delivery. It is normal for shipped plants to arrive with some yellowed or dead leaves, particularly if shipped to very hot or cold climates. Rest assured, we work closely with USPS to minimize transit time and stress on the plants.
In the event that your plant(s) arrive damaged, please provide photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

Please note that order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been packaged, prepared, or shipped.
As each plant is unique, variations in size, variegation, and leaf count are expected.
Sunshine Greens cannot be held responsible for missing packages due to incorrect addresses.
