👟 SIZING & FIT:
Refer to Nike size chart (attached) for accurate sizing.
Some sizes may have a slightly different look—refer to the listing photos for reference.
All sales are final on custom footwear! Please ensure the correct size before purchasing.
📦 ORDER & SHIPPING INFO:
Each pair is made to order with careful attention to detail.
Cancellations: Accepted within 2-3 days of purchase
Returns & Exchanges: Not accepted on customized or hand painted items. However, if you experience any problems with your order, please contact me.
All sales are final on custom items. Please be sure to double check your size before ordering!
⚠️ IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE:
Selecting expedited shipping (one-day express, two-day, etc.) does not shorten the processing time. Each order still requires 1-2 weeks for completion before shipping. Faster shipping options apply only to transit time once the item has been handed to the carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your label is printed. USPS/UPS may not scan packages immediately--if your tracking status shows "Pre-Shipment," please allow up to 48 hours for updates.
Once your package is with the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of USPS/UPS. For tracking or delivery issues, please contact your carrier directly or file a lost package claim if needed.
🛍 PRODUCT & PRICING DETAILS:
Each pair of sneakers is hand painted using Angelus Direct leather paint, formulated for materials such as canvas, denim, faux leather, mesh, nylon, and wood materials. Some colors are custom mixed - slight variations may occur with each pair.
To make every size option available, sneakers are purchased to order.
💌 CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Each pair of hand painted sneakers is sealed with Angelus Direct brand "High Gloss" Acrylic Finisher for durability, however, as with all custom artwork, proper care is essential:
Cleaning: Gently wipe with dish soap and warm water. DO NOT SCRUB.
Wearability: Custom shoes are still art, and should be treated as such! Not intended or recommended for everyday wear. Please wear with care.
👟 AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
I only purchase and customize authentic sneakers directly through Nike, Vans, or authorized retailers such as Footlocker, Dick's Sporting Goods, Journey's, etc. Receipts are always available upon request. I do not and will never sell counterfeit or unauthorized sneakers. Quality and authenticity are my top priorities.
