Request your personalization and / or customization request in the notes section. If you do not leave it in the notes section, send us an email IMMEDIATELY AFTER the purchase through Etsy, not our email address.
If we do not receive a request for personalization from you, within two hours of placing the order, we will assume that you do not want any and that the decoration of your cake will be sent without mishap.

💟 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the personalization and our calendar, we do not accept cancellations after two hours of placing the order. Please be sure to cancel the order within these 2 hours if you wish to do so.
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class for swift delivery. Please note that tracking is not available, but we provide a receipt of postage for your reference. Kindly be aware that the package is no longer our responsibility once it's posted.
Please be advised that we don't offer refunds as considerable effort is invested in the design process. We typically share a digital version for your approval before creating the final product, including an image preview. Due to these steps, refunds are not available. Thank you for understanding and appreciating the craftsmanship!
You can only make RETURNS if we make an ERROR in your order or in case the wrong item is sent. Since these are edible products, they can not be resold and, therefore, CAN NOT BE RETURNED simply because you change your mind or want a customization and CAN NOT inform me.
If the item arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible with a picture of the item.
Color variations of any product do not qualify for a refund. Note that the color of the image can be printed slightly differently than the screen on your computer. Keep this in mind if the image is a slightly different color than your computer.
