Printing Options:
◾ Digital Download - You will receive a high-quality JPEG or PDF file via email that you can download and print yourself or take to a local print shop.
◾ Unframed Print - Printed on premium archival matte fine art paper (230 gsm). Frame is not included. This option needs to be framed or mounted by you.
◾ Framed Print - Printed on premium archival matte fine art paper (230 gsm) with a 1.5" mat. Framed with solid wood in your choice of black, white, or natural wood finish.
◾ Stretched Canvas - This option comes stretched and ready to hang; no frame is necessary.
◾ Framed Canvas - The stretched canvas is presented in a high-quality wood floating frame. The frame comes in your choice of black, white, or silver.
How to Order:
◾ Select the size and printing option that best suits your needs from the drop-down menus.
◾ In the "Add your personalization" section, please share all the details—such as the cities or specific areas you’d like the hearts placed on the map. I want to make sure every detail is just right for you!
◾ Click "Add to Cart" when you're ready.
Important Note: Please carefully review the personalization details you enter.
Proof & Approval Process:
◾ Within 2-3 business days, you’ll receive a preview of your design to review.
◾ Once you’ve had a chance to take a look, please approve the design so we can proceed with your order. I’ll reach out to verify the shipping address, too. If you checked out as a guest, I’ll send the preview to your email on file as well.
◾ After approval, I’ll start production, which typically takes 3 business days.
◾ Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s on its way.
◾ From purchase to delivery, your order should arrive in approximately 7-11 business days.
Digital Downloads:
◾ You will receive your JPEG within 2-3 business days or 24 hours, depending on which option you selected.
◾ Your download will be sent through Etsy messaging and to your email on file.
