*Otherwise, you want the headband to be about an inch smaller than the measurement of your head so that it doesn’t gap in the back.
I am 5’ and wear the 18”. My head is 20" and I like the tight fit of having it 2" smaller since they do stretch out a little and I don't have problems with headaches.
