After that, it will be $20 for the next seven and $10 for each additional mockup. If you order more than ten, the cost of extra mockups will be deducted from your total order amount. All of our barn quilts are hand-painted and take 6-10 weeks to complete. Barn quilts aren't just for barns! They can be displayed in various locations, such as your garage, fence, porch, garden, gate, or house. Our barn quilts are made with MDO (medium-density overlay) plywood, which is designed to withstand any weather conditions. We also use high-quality exterior paint from Sherwin-Williams, ensuring that your quilt will not fade. These materials guarantee that your barn quilt will be maintenance-free for years. MDO is the ideal material for making barn quilts because it is specially designed for signs that will last for years. MDO panels have a paintable surface made from plywood, with a weather-resistant resin overlay bonded to the wood using heat and pressure. This overlay contains at least 27% resin, making it resistant to water, weather, wear, and degradation. We can accommodate any color you desire. The price includes $800 for freight shipping. If the actual shipping costs are higher, I will contact you to pay the difference. Freight shipping takes about 10 days and does not offer expedited options, so please plan accordingly! Shipping costs are included in all prices. A 48" quilt will ship in 2 pieces, while any quilt 60” or larger will ship in 4 pieces. If you prefer to pick up your barn quilt, please message us before placing your order. Since we began in 2014, we have created over 400 barn quilts and successfully shipped over 150. Once your barn quilt arrives, please remove it immediately. The paint we use can take up to 32 days to cure; if not removed, the bubble wrap may stick to the paint and ruin it. Please allow 6-10 weeks for your barn quilt to be painted, plus an additional 3-10 days for shipping. All sales are final. Each product is custom-made to order.
