Customization Steps:
1. Write your custom phrase (up to 25 characters). Examples: “Happy Birthday” “Congratulations,” and add a name.
2. Choose your font
3. The default lettering Color goes with Black and holographic name. OR Choose Lettering Colors: Gold, Silver, White, or Black.(The default color will be used if none is specified.)

🌸 Flower Balloon Care & Delivery Policy 🌸
Each flower balloon is carefully inspected and lettered after at least 8 hours of checking, with an average preparation time of 2-5 days before delivery.
🚚 Delivery Guidelines
* For courier deliveries, we take great care in packaging, but in rare cases, damage may occur due to excessive throwing or rough handling during transit.
* If you notice any damage upon receiving your order, please contact us within one hour, and we will assist you.
* For pick-up orders, once the product has been received, we cannot be held responsible for any damage due to handling. Please be extra careful, especially with sharp-edged flower bags and money belts in money boxes.
⚠️ Handling & Storage Tips
* Do not throw or drop the flower balloon, as it is delicate and may burst or become damaged.
* If kept still, flower balloons can last over 1 months.
* Be careful of sharp objects, such as scissors, jewelry, and sharp nails, when handling the balloon, inserting money, or placing it in a flower bag.
* Avoid extreme temperatures—balloons may shrink in cold weather, which can loosen decals or ribbons.
* If this happens, leave the balloon at room temperature, and it will expand back to its original shape.
* If a sticker falls off, gently press it back with your finger or peel it off slightly and reattach it.
