1) From the first dropdown menu, select hat size
2) From the second dropdown, select style (with or without name)
3) In the personalization box, please include hat color, motif selection, and if applicable, font selection and name
4) Click "add to cart"
Please note- the toddler and youth/adult hats do not necessarily match. They are different brands and therefore the colors differ slightly.
Name is included under the design on the front of the hat, in script or print font

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
Because this is a personalized, made to order item, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If we made an error, we will happily fix it but we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer error (i.e. name is spelled incorrectly, incorrect capitalization, failure to indicate thread color, etc).
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is possibly in production and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
NOTE- if a thread color is not chosen, one will be chosen for you that coordinates with the shirt color and fabric selected. If fabric choice, monogram style or shirt color are not included, your order may be delayed.
