I collected the miscellaneous rodent bones from barred owl pellets (regurgitations) as a part of a research project in the greater Seattle area. All bones are cleaned and sealed before being placed in the pen barrels. The lavender is from B&B Family Farms in Sequim, WA. Pens can contain bone, moss, lavender, and Himalayan pink salt.
