WEDDING MONOGRAM
This made-to-order service offers a unique 2-letter wedding monogram that is assembled by interlocking letters from our signature collections. Our letters were hand-crafted by our designers and are available in several artistic sets. The letter styles were created to complement each other, providing a broad range of unique designs and multiple recommended combinations to choose from.

DESIGNS
Once you've ordered, we create 4 personalized monogram designs based on your preferred styles (see Image Gallery for recommended combo's). We then provide the samples here on Etsy, via your inbox - Etsy's built-in mail and messenger app.
After receiving your samples, you can choose 1 for delivery right away, or request an adjustment to the design you like (one design only please - the one intended for delivery).
DESIGN LAYOUTS
We always strive for entangling the letters in the center first (center stacked), but not all letters align well. Changing to inline, then diagonal, then vertical is how we normally manage difficult letter combinations for a well-balanced monogram.
A traditional layout places the brides initial first, so if you need something different, please let us know in advance.
HOW TO ORDER
- Check out the 'Recommended Combo's' and the 'Selection Sheets' for the pairing of letters in the image gallery.
- Select your preferred style of letters, 1 each for the bride and groom.
- Add your style request in the personalization box and be sure to let us know who the letters are for.
- For extra variety in your samples, let us know what other styles you like, or don't.
- Check your Inbox for updates and samples.
TIMELINE
It typically takes 2-3 days to complete and deliver your monogram. Once finished, it is uploaded and archived on Etsy’s servers, and will be immediately available as a digital download.

REVISIONS INCLUDE
- Two (2) adjustments to a single design you have chosen for delivery.
- Adjustments to the size, position, scale, and color of the design or letters.
REVISIONS DO NOT INCLUDE
- Revisions to multiple monograms. Small adjustments should not make-or-break a decision between 2 designs.
- Customizing, modifying, adding to, or subtracting from the design of the individual letters or the monogram.
- Replacing any of the letters with a different letter or letter style. This type of request is for a new design, not a revision.

We recommend selecting no more than 1 or 2 combinations. Or let our designers choose - in this case, let us know what style you don't like.

CUSTOMIZATIONS
Customizing the letters or the monogram design are not included.
ADDONS
We offer pre-designed crests to compliment your monogram. However, there are extra fees to combine artworks. This is in addition to the cost of the element.
INDIVIDUAL LETTERS & COLORING
The individual letters are incorporated into the monogram in such a way that they are not wholly separable, but they can be colored independently of each other. For example, one letter can be blue, while the other is gold. If no color is requested, we provide both letters in gold (#ad986e) and black.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO RECOLOR THE MONOGRAM
Coloring the monogram means that you need to be able to open the editable files provided. To do this, supporting software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Corel Draw is required. There are some free, open-source applications available as well. The provided SVG and EPS files are standardized to work with many generic editing programs.
ORDER MANAGEMENT & LEAD TIMES
All orders are managed through Etsy chat. You can expect delivery within 1-3 Business Days (M-F) if you actively manage your feedback and connect with us through chat. Check in daily! We recommend downloading the Etsy app to receive notifications.
WORKFLOW
• Round 1 (Designs) | After you've made a purchase, we create 3 designs based on your letters, styling requests, and our recommendations where appropriate.
• Round 2 (Requests) | After reviewing the designs, you may request delivery of a design, request a revision to 1 design, or request 1 extra design with different letter styles.
• Round 3 (Revisions & Delivery) | You can request revisions to your chosen design, color adjustments, or simply request delivery.
DELIVERY
The monogram will be uploaded to Etsy once it is approved, and the files are completed. We'll send out a message, Etsy will send out an email, and your download will be available under your Account > 'Purchases and reviews'.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We cannot recover our time or expenses, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you made a mistake, didn’t bother to understand what you were buying, or don’t like the artwork you received. Art is subjective and custom work is never guaranteed. It is your job to understand what you are buying and assess whether it fits your style – before you buy.
What we can do is promise to work with you so that you receive an awesome monogram! If you pro-actively work with us in a positive manner, and so long as it conforms to the services offered and paid for, we will assist you – hopefully until you are happy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you purchase this listing and would like to cancel, we may honor your request if:
- The request is made within 6 hours of purchase AND
- the request is made before any work has been performed
If your request is approved, there is a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the purchase. If you agree to the cancellation and fees, we will cancel your order and issue a refund through PayPal. If you do not agree, we will defer to our standard shop policy of no refunds and no exchanges.

By purchasing our monograms, crests, and other artworks, you are granted a license for use as follows:
PERSONAL USE
- Unlimited use in personal projects and events
- You can modify the monogram to suit your requirements.
SINGLE CLIENT LICENSE
Guidelines for service providers such as a wedding planner, invitation shops, printers, and similar:
- Unlimited use with a single client. Please purchase again if a new client needs the same monogram.
- Modify the monogram to suit a client’s requirements.
- Grant the client personal use rights under this EULA
- Share images of projects or works you have created with individual clients, on your website, and in your portfolio, in so long as the monogram is shown incorporated into your own work. Please do not share digital images of the monogram itself. You may, but are not limited to, displaying your online portfolio of invitations, business cards, or stationery sets.
PROHIBITED USES
- You may not use the monogram as part of a product that is for sale or distribution.
- You may not claim or infer the monogram to be your own work.
- You may not share, distribute, sub-license, resell, or rent the monogram.
- You may not include the monogram files or images in any online or offline archive, database, portfolio, website, advertisement, or presentation.
- You may not use a purchased monogram with more than one client.
COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use of our monograms is prohibited under this EULA. If you would like to incorporate our artworks into products for resell or distribution, online or offline, please contact us directly. Reselling of our monograms is prohibited.
