Timing:
As a small business owner, I strive to deliver all products on time. Items are usually shipped the next business day after completion, and production takes 1-6 days. Generally, items arrive within 7-9 days after being shipped (within the US). The shipping time for Canada is 7-10 days and 7-20 days for Europe. Processing and Delivery times are estimated and may take longer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All items are made to order with care, and as a small business, we do not keep any stock. For this reason, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the item you've received. However, if you have any issues, please let me know!
