This adorable crocheted baby chicken outfit is made with a hand crocheted one piece long sleeved outfit in white with snaps at the crotch and shoulders for easy in and out (and diaper changes). The feathers are boas hand stitched to the bodysuit. The one piece is crocheted using super soft “I Love This Yarn” yarn making it snuggly soft. The feathers are secured at shoulder and then go below the arms and end about 1 1/2 inches above the bottom snaps.
The sweet crocheted chicken hat is made with super soft “Bernat Pipsqueak yarn in white. It has an adorable little yellow 3D beak and red comb on top (both lightly stuffed with polyfill to keep their 3D shape). The eyes are black buttons hand sewn to the hat. This sweet hat has ear flaps and braids.
The incredibly fun and soft chicken feet booties are crocheted using soft “I Love This Yarn” yarn in yellow. The slip on babies foot and have three little chicken “toes” which are lightly stuffed with polyfill.

This super cute set is available in six sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months or 6-9 months, 12 months, 18 months or 24 months and can be purchased just the hat and booties or the complete costume which includes hat, feathered one piece and booties. The 0-3 months, 3-6 months, and 6-9 months are hand crocheted except for the feathers, snaps and buttons. The 12 months, 18 months and 24 months sizes are all a 100% cotton long sleeved one piece outfit with the feathers hand sewn to it. The hat for the toddler is the same hand crocheted with Bernat Pipsqueak with crocheted beak and comb and button eyes. Instead of booties, the toddler sizes include a crocheted foot spat that lays on top of the shoe with an elastic strap to hold to bottom of shoe.
Please note: the hats will be slightly larger due to the Bernat pipsqueak yarn. The hat for 12 months, 18 months and 24 months are toddler size.
