• We can send a DIGITAL PROOF after you place the order, but please request it in the "Personalization" section and it might take 1 or 2 extra days to ship out the order because we need your approval before making the item.
• Orders ship out on Monday-Friday only excluding holidays.
• Once your order has been placed, and processed by our design team there can be no changes or cancellations to your order.
• All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information which takes 2-7 days to arrive (USPS NOT GUARANTEED)
• Each order will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. If there is an issue with the customer's provided address we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES confirmed delivered via USPS
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO THE CUSTOMIZATION OF ITEMS

SHIPPING POLICY:
• Buyers are responsible for providing a secure place for dropping off the package. If your neighborhood is not safe, please route your package to another safe address, MoinkCustom is not responsible for stolen/lost packages. Please contact your local post office and police office for a stolen/lost package.
• If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address that you provided, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
• International Shipping may take up to 2 months to receive the item.
