Regarding the colors specified on the listing
Sometimes the colors that appear in the listing may appear different than in person. Souf Crowns takes all pictures outside in the sun (normally where you would wear a hat). Top brim, dome, and all other parts of the cap are colors that best resemble from the image and in-person. If you think it’s a different color, as usual, send me a message.
Regarding eBay "New" status:
All products shown on my eBay are shown as "New" status however some products are USED. If the description clearly states its used, it is used then. I have no control on how to change that since Shopify automatically lists from my shop to eBay. Apologies for the confusion
