Processing Time
Orders take 2-4 weeks to process. Some apparel colors are delayed due to manufacturing delays from COVID. This will cause a small processing delay.
Shipping
All orders under 1lb are shipping First Class with USPS (2-5 days). All order over 1lb are shipped priority with USPS (1-3 days) or UPS Ground (1-3 days).
Rush Orders
Rush Orders may be available. Confirm with Classy Stitches before purchasing! Send a message to classystitches419 at gmail.com, Facebook, or Instagram with date needed and request for rush.
Cancellation Policy
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours will not be accepted.
Return/Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are not accepted. Please contact Classy Stitches via email within 72 hours of getting your order if you have any issues.
