•How do I Order?•

Preferred File Types: AI, EPS, PDF, and PSD
Acceptable File Types: JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and SVG
Not Acceptable File Types: BMP, JIF, DOC, XLS, PPT, and RAR
Resolution: 300 DPI (dots per square inch)
-We do not offer design services at this time. Please provide a ready-to-print file to print your labels.
-Your artwork will be printed “as-is”. We do not edit or make additions to your image. We will send a proof of your design via Etsy Messages within 2 business days of receiving your original image.
-Our printers do a great job of matching the color as closely as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors of your printed sticker will exactly match your design image. The custom labels are printed in CMYK. This is why we suggest all buyers to purchase a sample label before purchasing a large quantity.
•Shipping & Handling Times•
-Orders will be shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after the proof is approved.
-Your design proof will be sent to you within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) after we receive your original image. Please "Approve" or suggest changes to your proof within 48 hours. If 48 hours has passed with no response, your labels will be printed and shipped.
-Your completed order will be shipped within 2 business days of approving your design.
-Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when you order. If you find that there is an issue with the address, please let us know immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping information.
-Cancellations must be made before order is printed.
-Because the labels are custom to you, we do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your labels, please contact us as soon as possible.
