Orders are sent from Melbourne via Australia post and are trackable. Your tracking number will be sent to you when your item has been dispatched.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
Please take care when purchasing; refunds will only be supplied for manufacturing faults and not for change of mind. All items are hand crafted and therefore may have unique imperfections, however these are not considered faults.
Please get in touch if you are needing to exchange an item. We can offer you a store credit. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
PLEASE NOTE that we do not offer free returns or exchanges. You will need to cover the cost of posting the item back to us. Your item must be returned within 14 days of receiving.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
