Its food-safe and lead-free glaze ensures that it's safe for everyday use.
Treat as a delicate item and while it can withstand the dishwasher, it is recommended to hand-wash for optimal maintenance.
Each piece is handmade in the IKKAI Ceramics studio in the north of holland. Crafted on a potter's wheel, all vessels are trimmed and glazed using self made glazes before undergoing a two-step firing process in an electric ceramic kiln. The final stage of firing takes place at a high temperature of 1222°C (2231°F), resulting in high-fired stoneware. This rigorous production process guarantees the pottery's superior quality and exceptional durability for everyday use.
