- If you are using the exact same logo and patch design as your previous order just confirm the patch color in the personalization field. We keep all patch designs on file for faster repeat ordering.

Hat Care :
- Patches should be cleaned with care with a sponge and slightly using little water. Outside of hat and inside/sweatband area can be cleaned with mild detergent to spot clean and hard to get rid of areas, use a soft brush gently. Never put hat in washer machines or put in dryer. Air dry outside or inside is preferred for best drying results.
Shipping:
- We ship to the address provided. Addresses cannot be changed once shipped. If a change is made, please contact me immediately after ordering.
- We do not replace lost or stolen hats. A claim will need to be placed with ETSY/USPS/UPS once determined it is lost/stolen. Please be sure to provide correct shipping addresses and a safe location for delivery.
- Returned packages due to incorrect shipping information will be reshipped at the customers expense.
- All hat orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Shipping times may take 5-7 days depending on your location. We are located in Texas.
