Our beautiful personalised grey plush bunny. Perfect gift for a newborn baby. Lightly stuffed to make it super soft and cuddly, floppy legs, arms and ears. This bunny measures approx 23cm when seated. 34cm when led flat. Please take note of these sizes to ensure you are happy with how big the bunny is.
PLEASE NOTE- any orders placed will have a turn around time of 5-7 business days plus shipping time. If you require by a certain date there is a rush order you can pay for to speed up the workaround time for your order. Please discuss this with me before purchasing to ensure I have availability.
UK ORDERS - You can also upgrade your delivery option to Royal Mail 24hours to speed up the time it will take for your bunny to be delivered. Please note this does not speed up the turn around time, only the delivery time.
The text is cut using our flock vinyl which has a luxurious velvety feel. This looks great against the soft fur.
Please check spelling as mistakes cannot be rectified once the printing process is complete as this is permanent.
WHICH OPTION DO I CHOOSE?:
- The 'Ear and Foot only' option includes a name on the ear and initial on the foot.
- The 'Heart & DOB' option will include the name on the ear, heart and dob on the tummy and the initial on the foot. (if no initial is provided we will automatically use the letters of the name listed)
- CUSTOM option If you’d like something else written on the bunny eg. time , weight, Page boy, big sister, little sister, christening day, baby shower or any other idea you may have ...send me a message and we can discuss your requirements. You will need to select ‘Custom text’ as the option for your bunny ☺️
All items are handmade and may not be identical in regards to the placement of names and dates.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS- Orders will be shipped via a tracked method to ensure save arrival of your items. Please take care to factor in any custom charges that may apply as we will not be liable for these.
Delivery timeframes:
Please see our turn around times and ensure you choose a suitable delivery method. Items that arrive too late cannot be refunded, delivery timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed.
Exchanges & Refunds:
As our items are personalised and made to order we do not accept refunds or exchanges. On the very rare occasion, if our product is faulty please get in contact within 14 days of delivery. Like most retailers we will not exchange defective items that have been washed or ironed. Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning item to us to be investigated.
Lost items in mail:
Very rarely the shipping company may loose your parcel. All of our parcels are tracked to ensure you can keep an eye on where they are. We will do our best to communicate with the shipping company. In the event it is declared as a lost parcel we will have to file a shipping claim that cannot be made until 20 working days from the date the item was shipped has passed. There have been many instances when the item ended up being delivered in that time frame so we will be unable to remake or refund until this time has passed. We are a small business and this can impact us massively if we refund or replace and then the item ends up being delivered.
