All watches listed as “ticking/working” have a new battery we have installed and are analogue (battery operated), any watch listed as “ticking/working -mechanical” are mechanical and are working after being wound. All watches listed as “non ticking” means we have attempted to change the battery and the watch still does not work, this is being sold as BROKEN and may or may not be repairable - we are not jewelers or watch technicians. We make no claims about the watches ability to keep time, as each manufacturer's mechanics are different.

Some watches claim to be water resistant, however due to the second hand nature of these we strongly advise you to follow the proper care in order to protect the longevity of your watch: Remove jewelry before swimming or showering. Let sunscreen and perfumes dry before wearing. Keep in a cool, dry place. Treat your pieces gently. We cannot guarantee any claim of tarnish proof/resistance/etc. as we did not make these pieces.
For any leather pieces, we encourage you to avoid wearing them in extreme weather conditions. Although we test the leather condition rigorously, extreme weather may damage the integrity of the piece, treat this like any other piece of jewelry and follow the care instructions above.
All measurements are approximated to the best of our ability, but may be off slightly by 0.1 - 0.2 inches, please keep this in mind when purchasing.
These are second hand/vintage pieces, and although we do our best to detail all imperfections, there may be minor imperfections that we miss. Almost all metals for these pieces are stainless steel unless stated otherwise (chrome/gold/titanium plated) - however modifications may have been made to the original watch we are unaware of, so please keep this in mind when purchasing.
You have 7 days from the delivery date to reach out to request a return. For returns due to buyer error, a reshipment invoice may apply. For sender errors, we cover the reshipment cost. Items must be in their original condition. Refunds will be sent when the item is back in our possession.
Once an order has been shipped, we no longer have control over its delivery process. At this stage, the responsibility for the package lies with USPS. If you encounter any delivery issues or delays with your order, we ask that you reach out directly to the Postal Service as they will have all the necessary tools and resources to assist you in resolving any shipping related concerns. We can assist with filing a claim if needed. Refunds or replacements are only considered if tracking does not begin. If your order information is incorrect and leads to a delivery issue, we cannot assume responsibility, and refunds will not be available.
Our typical processing time to fulfill and ship an order is around 24-48 hours, however any order made Friday after 8 AM through Sunday will be shipped Monday mornings.
