Because our products are custom and made to order we cannot offer refunds. All sales are final, and no exchanges or refunds will be given. However if we make a mistake on your order, or an item is damaged during the shipping process we are more than willing to offer you a replacement upon proof of damage/mistake. Send us a picture within 72 hours of delivery time and we will send you a replacement.

It is important to note that Etsy provides an estimated delivery date, and while majority of the time as long as the item is shipped during the shipping time frame your order can be delivered on time, however we do not guarantee delivery dates. These dates are an estimation but not a exact fact, due to the postal service we can not guarantee a delivery date, because USPS will not guarantee a delivery date on any packages shipped as first class.
Also our processing time is an estimate and not a guarantee that your order will be shipped within the specific time frame. Although we work very hard to stay within that frame and update accordingly sometimes factors beyond our control may hinder the processing of your order. It does not happen often, but it may be a possibility. If we feel as though we can not get your order shipped within a decent timeframe we will contact you.
We must remind you that these dates are estimates and unfortunately we can not offer any refunds on orders due to delivery dates on an estimated delivery arrival.
We ship our products out Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sundays and Holidays, as our hours of operations are during the business week of Monday through Friday. Please ensure that you have the correct shipping address noted in the your order as we cannot ship to a different address once an order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, Etsy provides tracking details to include a tracking number via email communication.
We ship all packages Ground Mail or Priority and the shipping time frame per the USPS is anywhere from three to seven days, generally but it could take longer as the days are not a guarantee. In general most orders arrive within this specified timeframe, however occasionally they may experience some delays and these delays are out of my control. If you have not received your package within a reasonable amount of time please contact us so that we may assist you. Also look out for an additional email from Etsy informing you that your order is out for delivery.
A Bookish Place is not responsible for any packages that may arrive late or lost. If the package has been marked delivered we are not responsible for any missing packages. You must file a claim with the USPS. Once a package is shipped we are no longer responsible for that package, the responsibility has been transferred to the USPS. USPS is responsible for lost and missing packages.
