IMPORTANT NOTE: The housing is designed for a tight fit around the lock. The Yale Assure Lock Deadbolt (YRD226) and Yale Assure Lock SL (YRD256) look identical but have slightly different form factors. The interior lock of the YRD226 has a rubber gasket around the bottom of the lock and will therefore NOT fit the housing for the YRD256. The housing for the YRD226 will fit the YRD256 albeit somewhat loosely.
