This is NOT a digital product, and you will NOT receive a tumbler. You will receive a sublimation transfer that is ready to press onto a tumbler.

THESE TRANSFERS ONLY WORK ON SUBLIMATION COATED PRODUCTS OR HIGH POLY COUNT PRODUCTS, otherwise the design may be dull, wash out, or not show up at all.
There’s no white ink in sublimation so any white in the design will be the color of your chosen substrate, if you choose a gray shirt, any white areas in the design will be the same gray. The white area is basically a blank spot, there is no ink there.
All transfers are single use and printed on high quality sublimation paper with high quality sublimation ink. Your transfer may appear dull upon arrival, that’s because the special inks are heat activated. Once pressed they will be more vibrant.
Sublimation tumbler transfers are sized approx. 9.4 x 8.3 inches and will likely require trimming to fit YOUR tumbler. Each tumbler my vary slightly in size, even when from the same batch. It is best to measure each one prior to trimming. We are NOT responsible for errors made when measuring or trimming your transfer.
Product will ship in recycled rigid mailer.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not allow returns or exchanges. It is your responsibility to look over prints before pressing. We do NOT offer refunds or returns on ANY transfer. You must know how to press sublimation transfers and the process required to press them on tumblers!! We are not responsible for incorrect application due to user error.
