A colourful collection of shallow Rain Catchers, hand crafted using specialist art glass and copper.
Each stem measures approximately 30cm (12") long in total. The cups measure approximately 7cm (2.7") wide. The centre of each cup is secured with a stainless steel self tapping screw and washers, connected to the copper pipe. Each rain catcher is different in style and shape due to the process used to make them. They are made shallow so the wildlife doesn't drown!

These are designed to withstand the Great British weather and maintain their charm over time – Some of the photo examples have been in my garden for over a year.
Unlike some other materials that may fade or discolour over time when exposed to sunlight or environmental factors, fused glass won’t fade, so it maintains the bright colours for years to come. Copper does develop a natural patina over time, the patina acts as a barrier, shielding the copper from deeper oxidation and preserving its structural properties.
The stems are bent/coiled for posting so you’ll need to straighten them on receipt. Don’t push the glass, gently straighten the copper stems with your hands and insert the copper into the ground/pot holding onto the stem, not the glass.
