To minimize waste and overproduction, each product is made especially for you! Please allow 5-15 business days for your order to be processed and made. Following that, it will take an additional 1-5 weeks (usually 3 weeks) for delivery to your doorstep. Please bear in mind that these timeframes are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen carrier delays that are beyond our control.

After the 2 hour cancellation window, the order will be notified to our production team. Refunds or changes won't be possible unless you return the item to our studio in the UK. Please ensure that all the provided information, including name and address, is correct.

This product is designed in our small home studio in the UK. We've established a partnership with our reliable production team based in China, where the item undergoes careful printing, cutting, sewing, quality checks, and is finally sent to your home. Though we do our best, occasional oversights can occur because, after all, we're all humans. If you happen to encounter any issues, simply get in touch within 5 days of receiving your order, providing proof (photos/videos), and we'll swiftly send you a replacement at no cost.

💦 Machine wash cold with similar colors;
💦 Hang dry for best results. If air drying isn't an option, tumble dry on low only as a last resort;
💦 Do not bleach;

1. We accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase and you will be refunded in full.
2. We will send you a replacement free of charge in cases of manufacturer defects or delivery errors such as lost mail or delivery to a wrong address not caused by customer input. You must send us proof (photos/videos) within 5 days of the delivery date so we can issue a replacement.
Please note that instances where the customer has provided an incorrect address are not covered by this policy.
3. Items "Returned to Sender" - Although our business is located in the UK, we collaborate with various partner printing houses around the world. These partners handle the sewing and making of our designs into real products. Whenever possible, we choose the partner closest to your location to make and directly ship the item to you, minimizing environmental impact by reducing carbon emissions and shortening shipping distances. This also results in cheaper and faster shipping times! (imagine for example how much and how long it would take to ship a t-shirt all the way from the UK to the USA!)
Please note that "returns to sender" are sent back directly to our partner printing houses, not to us. Our partner printers work with multiple small businesses and are unable to hold onto returned items. Consequently, we cannot reship returned items. Therefore, we ask that you ensure the address you provide is correct and complete, and that you collect the parcel from your post office if you weren't home when it arrived.
╰┈➤ We totally understand that dealing with returns isn't the most exciting part of shopping, especially when you have to send things back to our UK address. If you're ordering from overseas, like in the US, we know those shipping and customs costs can be a bit too much. So, we're kindly asking you to take a moment to double-check the size and colors of your product before placing your order. It's a small step that can save us both some hassle and keep our sanity intact. ≽^•⩊•^≼
╰┈➤ Colors may vary slightly in different screens so we recommend you to look at the items in at least two different devices. About the sizing, the product could have around 0.75" (1.9 cm) margin of error. By double-checking these details, we can avoid any potential issues and ensure that the item you receive matches your expectations.
♡ ———♡ Missig Parcels ♡ ———♡
Buyers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location for their orders. If your address has experienced delivery issues or theft problems, we recommend considering an alternative shipping address, such as that of a trusted family member or friend. However, if you believe your package has been stolen, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure the address provided is correct. Check with anyone else in your household and neighbors who may have received the mail.
2. Wait a few days - sometimes carriers prematurely mark the order as delivered and it only ends up showing up days later.
3. Reach out to your carrier directly or visit the post office. Provide them with the tracking number and request GPS coordinates for the delivery scan. If the package was misdelivered, the carrier can attempt to retrieve it and deliver it to you. If unsuccessful, please contact us with the missing item claim number/documentation within 5 days of the delivery date so we can issue a replacement.
4. If after completing steps 1 and 2 there is proof that the package has been delivered to your address (photo proof/GPS coordinates indicate delivery to your address) and you suspect theft, please file a police report for mail theft with your local police department. Once you provide me with the crime number, I will refund or replace your order!
These steps aren’t meant to make things difficult for you. With the rise in online scams since the pandemic, I need to protect myself as a small business owner rather than issuing immediate refunds to everyone. As much as I trust your word, these steps ensure we’re both protected and satisfied!
♡ ————♡ RETURN POLICY ♡ ————♡
1. The buyer must inform us of their intention to return the order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once notified, we will send you the address to which you need to ship the item. Please note that you must ship to the address we provided you through a message, and not the address written on the package you received.
2. Following the notification, the buyer has an additional 14 days to return the goods.
3. The buyer is responsible for covering the return postage costs and any applicable customs fees.
4. The returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. You don't have to return the item in its original packaging, but you do need to make sure it’s packaged in a way that means it doesn’t get damaged.
5. The refund will be processed once we receive the items, and the above conditions are met.
Please note that we do not provide return labels. This is because our products are shipped from different partner printing houses around the world, not a single central location. Customers will need to visit their local post office to handle the return process, which includes purchasing a return shipping label and ensuring the package is sent to the correct address provided by us. If you are outside the UK, you will also need to complete a customs declaration form. We understand this may require extra effort, but it is necessary due to the complexities of international shipping and our distributed fulfillment process.
