About an item and shop:
Our cases are made of silicone. We make prints directly on the cases. All pains are safe to use.
We do nit recommend to use alcohol to clean your phone case, it may damage the print.
Handling time:
- Please, check the current handling time on the page with the case, Etsy shows an estimated delivery time. If you need the case to a concrete date, please, let us know, we will do everything possible to help.
Shipping:
- The cases can be shipped via different couriers, so if you have any isses with the tracking, please, let us know.
- Delivery time differ due to different shipping services. For the USA, it may take 3-5 business days. International packages need 1-5 weeks to arrive.
Issues with the item:
- If your package arrives damaged or destroyed, please, message the shop owner. Attach a photo and describe the problem. We will help :)
- If the case didn't fit or defective, we can offer an exchange.
- Customer responsible for the shipping payments.
Return and exchange:
-If a customer wants to return the case (non defective), the should will NOT provide a customer with a return label. Customer is responsible for the return costs. Customer is responsible for the local taxes payment.
- Custom cases can not be returned.
