We can only print as clear as the image provided. *We print the artwork provided. If you need us to add text to your artwork, it is an additional $10 fee, and you'll get a digital download to keep after it is completed. · · · ABOUT THE PRODUCT: The material is waterproof and oilproof, and is laminated for added durability. You type if you want Matte or Gloss in the Personalization section. If nothing is specified, we will use Gloss Gloss will make the colors more vibrant, while matte gives a softer look. These labels are suitable for labeling soap products, candle jars, food packaging, and more! The possibilities are endless. · · · TURN AROUND TIME: Please send your image right away. If we do not receive it at the time of purchase, we may need to postpone your ship date to allow time for proofing and adjustments. Digital proofs are sent here in the Etsy messages usually within a couple of business days of ordering (weekends may make it a bit longer). If we do not hear back from you within a couple of days, we will move forward with printing, so please check your messages and keep in contact with us. We may postpone your ship date to allow you more time to approve the proof if the due date has come up and we haven't heard back, or if we have questions and need you to reply. If there is a size discrepancy between what was ordered and the size of the actual artwork, there may be a price adjustment needed. We do not generally accept cancellations. · · · SHIPPING: Etsy delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery dates may vary due to holidays, or post office setbacks - and we cannot refund if there is a delay during shipping. We will, of course, ship as soon as we can! Delivery times can vary - if you need expedited shipment, please reach out. Also, please keep in mind that often USPS does not update tracking regularly. We do not type any physical addresses in our system - therefore it is important you provide accurate shipping addresses. Different color profiles (like CMYK and RGB) all print differently, and what you see on your screen may not match what is actually printed, however we do print on a calibrated system and will get as close as possible.
